Refund and Returns Policy
At DANASH LIMITED (trading as DANASH__store), we take pride in the quality of our bamboo towels. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with Irish and EU Consumer Law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
2. Hygiene & Condition Requirements
Due to the nature of our products (towels), hygiene is our priority. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Small Towel Sets (6-pack): These are sealed in paper packaging for hygiene reasons. If the paper seal is broken or torn, the item cannot be returned under hygiene protection regulations (Section 42 of the CCRA 2022).
- Large Towels: Must be returned in their original transparent polybag with all tags attached.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@danashstore.ie with your order number. Once approved, you should mail your product to our registered business hub:

4. Return Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. In the case of manufacturing defects, Irish law grants you a short-term right to reject the goods and receive a full refund within 30 days.
