Danash Lucky Raffle – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Danash Lucky Raffle (“The Raffle”), operated by DANASH LIMITED., available at DanashStore.ie. By entering the raffle, you agree to these rules in full.

1. Eligibility

• The raffle is open to all individuals aged 18 and over with a valid delivery address in the Republic of Ireland or European Union.
• Employees of DANASH LIMITED., their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from participation.

2. How to Enter

You are automatically entered into the raffle when:

1. You make a qualifying purchase on our website: www.danashstore.ie
2. You use the promo code: DanashForever at checkout.
3. You agree to marketing communications (newsletter subscription during checkout).

One entry per qualifying order. Multiple entries allowed with separate qualifying purchases.

3. Bonus Entry via QR Code

• If you scan the QR code from our product packaging or marketing materials and complete a purchase using a valid promo code — you’ll also be entered.
• QR-linked promo codes may offer exclusive discounts and act as an entry marker.

4. Monthly Prize Draw

• Draws are held on the 1st of each month.
• Winners are selected randomly from all qualifying entries received during the previous calendar month.
• Each monthly draw includes 4 sets of bamboo towels in assorted colors (yellow, pink, blue, white).

5. Grand Prize Draw

• The Grand Prize Draw will be held on December 1, 2025.
• All entries from January 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025 are eligible.
• Main prizes include:

6. Notification of Winners

• Winners will be contacted via email (provided at checkout) within 5 business days of the draw.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
• Winners may be asked for a photo or testimonial to be shared on our social channels (optional).

7. Delivery of Prizes

• Prizes will be shipped free of charge to the winner’s provided address within 14 business days.
• DANASH LIMITED. is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability.

8. Promo Code Use

• Promo codes must be entered at checkout to apply a discount and qualify for the raffle.
• Discount values may vary across channels (e.g., website, influencers, packaging).
• Promo codes cannot be used retroactively or combined with other codes unless stated.

9. Data & Privacy

• By entering the raffle, you consent to the processing of your data by DANASH LIMITED. in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time, but doing so before the raffle draw may disqualify you from entry.

10. General

• DANASH LIMITED. reserves the right to amend, pause, or cancel the raffle at any time with reasonable notice.
• No cash alternatives will be provided.
• Participation in the raffle constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
